  • What is the minimum order level?

£100+ VAT with an expectation of regular orders if you are to retain brand

  • Delivery Terms

We send all orders promptly via Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.00 as this offers the best level of insurance.

Free Delivery on orders over £350+VAT.

Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

  • Packaging

We supply soft cotton jewellery bags for our necklaces. Brooches and earrings are displayed on Wild Spirit Cards. You can purchase additional packaging from the website including gift boxes.

  • EU Customers & Rest of World

Apply for an account in the usual way and once approved you can shop prices ex vat. Any applicable VAT & Duty charges will be your responsibility and are payable to the courier.

Delivery rates vary depending on your country and order value.

  • Methods of Payment

Payment is to be made in full at checkout to secure your order. We acccept all methods of payment including Debit/Credit Card, Paypal or Klarna.

  • Third Party Websites

We do not allow our stockists to sell our products on third party websites or marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy or Ebay

  • Wholesale Returns/ Faulty Items

We don't offer returns or exchanges unless you have been delivered a faulty item. Please notify us of the fault by emailing emma@wildspiritlondon.com we will be happy to repair or replace stock items. Please note that many of our products contain semi-precious stones which may contain irregularities making each item unique. This is not seen as a fault.
